Q: Will the laser engraving wear off over time?
A: No. Unlike silk-screening or painting, our precision laser engraving process physically alters the surface of the material (for polymers) or removes a microscopic layer (for metals). This creates a permanent, high-contrast mark that is resistant to chemicals, heat, and extreme wear in the field.
Q: Do you use genuine Magpul products?
A: Yes. We exclusively use genuine Magpul PMAGs and high-quality Mil-Spec components for all our engraved products. We believe custom gear should perform as well as it looks, so we never compromise on the base hardware.
Q: Can I send in my own image for a custom design?
A: Absolutely. We can engrave custom logos, unit insignias, or personal designs. For the best results, we recommend high-resolution, black-and-white vector files (like SVG or PNG). If you aren't sure if your file will work, feel free to contact us for a design review.

Q: How do I install my new AR-15 dust cover?
A: Most of our dust covers follow the standard Mil-Spec installation process using a hinge pin, spring, and C-clip. If you are using a Magpul Enhanced Ejection Port Cover, installation is even simpler and usually tool-less. We recommend a drop of CLP on the hinge pin for the smoothest operation.
Q: Are your magazines compatible with all AR-15 platforms?
A: Our engraved 5.56/.223 PMAGs are designed for the wide variety of AR-15/M4 platforms. We also offer caliber-specific engraving (like .300 Blackout or .458 SOCOM) to help you keep your magazines organized and ensure you always grab the right ammo at the range.

Q: How fast will my order ship?
A: We know you want your gear fast. Most of our in-stock, pre-designed items ship the very next business day. Custom orders may take an additional 1–2 days depending on design complexity, but we pride ourselves on having the fastest turnaround in the industry.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts for units or agencies?

Q: What is your return policy on custom items?
A: Because custom-engraved items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. However, if there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us—we are based in Watertown, MN, and we stand behind our work.
